Urgent repair availability

Emergency Plumber for Burst Pipes, Leaks and Flooding

Stop the water first, stay away from gas and electricity, then call. We keep urgent water-heater and plumbing slots open each day. Call and we will tell you the earliest time we can actually be there — no guessed windows.

Availability changes through the day. Calling is the fastest way to get a real time window.

Do this first

Four steps before anyone arrives

Shut off the water

Use the fixture stop if the leak is at one fixture. If water is spreading, close the main shutoff — usually where the supply line enters the house, near the meter or the front foundation wall.

Treat gas as an emergency

If you smell gas, do not use switches, phones or flames inside. Leave the building, then call 911 and your gas utility from outside. Call us only after the area is safe.

Keep water away from electricity

Do not walk into standing water near outlets, panels or appliances. If water is anywhere near the electrical panel, stay out and call 911.

Then call us

Call 240-540-5012 and describe what you shut off and what you see. That determines how fast we can help and what we bring.
